Client: Rewrite Strategy provide social media strategy and content for their various clients. For this particular job, Rewrite Strategy hired me to write social media content for Nephos Group, who had two separate accountancy practices; Nephos and Myna. 

Project: I was asked to write some thought leadership posts on LinkedIn for both companies. They wanted to provide some thought leadership on the accounting industry as well as provide some benefits of hiring them as an accountant

Approach: I decided to write posts that would provide the reader one of three things:

  • Benefits of hiring an accountant (and the client in particular)
  • Services that they can offer
  • Thought leadership and accounting advice
To achieve this, I had to find out what value a customer might look to get out of their accountant, and what might set one accountant apart from the rest. In this case, both businesses were big on using new digital accounting methods, and so I used this to set them apart.

Outcome: The client was happy with the content I provided them. Rewrite Strategy has since asked me to continue to write regular LinkedIn and Twitter posts for Nephos and Myna, as well as for a number of other clients.
