Client: Fascinating Horror is a YouTube channel focussing on disaster stories. They have over 920,000 subscribers.

Project: I was asked to write a script based on the Sampoong Department store collapse for the clients YouTube channel. The client asked that I keep the tone sober and clear, while avoiding sensationalism and personal opinions. 

Approach: I researched other disaster YouTube channels that kept to the tone provided to see what sort of language they used and how effective it was. After collecting information from a variety of sources, I wrote the script erring on the side of formal, while keeping only to the facts without including any opinions.

Outcome: The video amassed over 400,000 views and 21,000 likes within four weeks of it’s posting. The client has since hired me to write several more scripts.
